About the Leaders Initiative

As a school leader, you care deeply about the personal growth of your students—and you know that partnering with parents in this work is essential to your mission. Dedicating time to think about this partnership, however, rarely feels as urgent as the administrative tasks and logistical fires vying for your attention each day.

The Leaders Initiative offers a chance to step back from the urgent and attend to the important. Every year, the Initiative convenes select groups of men in school leadership for a series of guided discussions on how their school can partner with parents in the holistic education of its students.

The program shares the practical wisdom gleaned from our work with thousands of parents and hundreds of schools. And it gives leaders a unique opportunity to develop friendships with other missionally-aligned men from across the country and beyond.

Ultimately, the program serves as a launching point for an ongoing relationship with The Heights, opening up opportunities for further collaboration.
